What is your turnaround time?
We offer Next-Day Delivery (24 hours) for all standard real estate photography shoots. For larger projects involving Cinematic Video or Matterport 3D Tours, delivery is typically 48 hours.
Do you service areas outside of Houston?
Yes. While our primary focus is Houston, we regularly serve Pearland, Sugar Land, The Heights, Katy, Missouri City, Humble, Spring, Conroe, the Woodlands, Texas City, Webster, Channelview, Friendswood, and many more.
Are you FAA Licensed for Drone Photography?
Yes. Joffre Camacho Photography is fully FAA Part 107 Certified. Hiring an unlicensed drone pilot carries significant legal risks for real estate agents. We ensure all aerial footage is legal, safe, and insured.
How should the homeowner prepare for the shoot?
The home must be “camera ready” when we arrive. We recommend: turning on all lights, opening all blinds/curtains, removing cars from the driveway, and hiding pet supplies.
Who owns the photos (Copyright)?
As is industry standard, the photographer retains the copyright. You receive a Listing License, which grants you the right to use the photos for all marketing related to selling or renting the property.
What if it rains?
For interiors, we can shoot in almost any weather. For exteriors/drone, if there is heavy rain or high wind, we can reschedule that portion of the shoot to the next available slot at no extra charge.
